The short version: we collect only what we need to run the app. We don't sell your data. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time by emailing support@getsolura.app.
1. Who we are
Solura ("we", "us", "our") is a habit-tracking application developed by Afterscript. Our registered contact for privacy matters is support@getsolura.app.
2. What we collect
Account information. When you create an account we collect your name, email address, and a hashed password.
Habit and usage data. We store the habits you create, your completion history, streak data, momentum scores, and any micro-steps you add. This data is necessary for the app to function.
Body doubling sessions. Session duration, participant count, and whether you earned a credit for a session are recorded.
Squad data. If you use the Squad feature, we store your connections to other users and your shared activity feed entries.
Notification preferences. Your chosen notification times, tone, and toggle settings are stored so we can send reminders on your schedule.
Billing data. Subscription status, months active, credits earned, and your billing tier are stored. Payment card details are handled entirely by Stripe — we never see or store them.
Device and analytics. We record the last time you opened the app. We do not use third-party analytics SDKs or advertising trackers.
3. How we use your data
- To provide habit tracking, streaks, momentum scores, and credits
- To run body doubling sessions and the Squad feature
- To send push notifications at your chosen times and in your chosen tone (via OneSignal)
- To calculate and apply reward credits to your Stripe invoice each month
- To manage your subscription and billing tier through Stripe
- To respond to your support requests
We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or sale to third parties.
4. Third-party services
We use the following sub-processors to operate Solura:
- Supabase — database, authentication, and backend functions. Data is hosted on AWS (us-east-1). Privacy policy
- Stripe — payment processing and subscription management. We share only your email and name with Stripe to create a billing customer. Privacy policy
- OneSignal — push notifications. We share a device token and your user ID to route notifications. Privacy policy
Each sub-processor is bound by their own privacy policy and applicable data protection law. We do not share your data with any other third parties.
5. Data retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, your data remains stored so you can return. If you request account deletion, we permanently delete all personal data within 30 days.
6. Your rights
You have the right to:
- Access a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate data — you can update your name and password directly in the app
- Request deletion of your account and all associated data
- Withdraw consent to push notifications at any time in the app's notification settings
- Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority

7. Security
All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text. Database access is protected by row-level security policies — each user can only access their own data. We conduct periodic reviews of our security posture.
8. Children
Solura is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with their information, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you via email or an in-app notice. The effective date at the top of this page will always reflect the latest version.
