The basics
Solura is a habit tracker built specifically for ADHD brains. Instead of relying on willpower and shame spirals, it uses momentum (a score that never collapses to zero), body doubling sessions, squad accountability, and a subscription that gets cheaper the more consistent you are.
Most habit apps punish you for missing a day — your streak dies, your progress resets, and you feel worse than before you started. Solura works differently:
  • Momentum decays slowly instead of resetting. Missing a day doesn't erase your progress.
  • Body doubling lets you work in real-time alongside other people — proven to help ADHD focus.
  • Your squad sees when you complete habits, creating gentle social accountability without pressure.
  • You earn credits that reduce your bill — the app literally rewards you for showing up.
Not at all. Solura works for anyone who struggles with consistency, gets overwhelmed by long to-do lists, or needs an external accountability structure to follow through. If the approach resonates with you, it's for you.
Pricing & credits
Solura is $6.99/month. Your rate drops automatically the longer you stay subscribed:
  • $5.99/mo after 6 consistent months
  • $4.99/mo after 12 consistent months
On top of that, you earn reward credits each month by using the app — up to 50% off your invoice. Long-term consistent users can get the app down to just over $1/month.
Every month you can earn up to 50% back in credits by hitting milestones in the app. Before your invoice is generated, we automatically apply those credits as a discount — so you're charged less. You don't need to do anything; it happens automatically.

Ways to earn credits:
  • Complete your very first habit — one-time welcome reward
  • Complete 75%+ of your habits in a week
  • Complete every habit in a single day (perfect day)
  • Stay for 80%+ of a body doubling session
No — credits are calculated and applied fresh each billing cycle. This keeps things simple and ensures the discount always reflects your recent activity.
You can cancel anytime from the app — go to Profile → Loyalty & billing → Manage subscription. This opens the Stripe customer portal where you can cancel with one tap. You'll keep access until the end of your current billing period.
Features
Body doubling is a focus technique where you work in the presence of another person. You don't need to do the same task — just knowing someone else is working alongside you is often enough to stay on track. Research shows this is particularly effective for people with ADHD.

In Solura, you can create or join a live focus session. You'll see who else is in the session and how long it's been running. Staying for at least 80% of a session earns you a credit reward.
Your squad is a small circle of people you invite to hold each other accountable. You can see when your squad members complete their habits, run squad challenges together, and send invites by name. Squads work best when kept small — 2 to 6 people is ideal.
Challenges are time-limited goals you run with your squad. There are three types:
  • Streak challenge — keep a specific habit streak going for the duration
  • Completion challenge — complete the highest percentage of your habits each day
  • Group challenge — the squad collectively hits a total completion target
When you join a streak challenge, the habit is automatically added to your list if you don't already have it.
Time blindness — losing track of how much time has passed — is common with ADHD. The Time Blindness Bar is a persistent visual indicator that shows you how far through the day you are. It makes time feel real and visible instead of abstract.
Some people (particularly those with Pathological Demand Avoidance profiles) find that direct instructions trigger resistance. Demand avoidance mode flips the app's language to use reverse psychology — instead of "Your one thing today", you'll see "You probably won't do this". It's a small toggle in Profile, but for the right person it makes a real difference.
When creating or editing a habit, you can break it into sequential micro-steps — small, concrete actions that make the habit feel less overwhelming. Each step must be completed in order before the next unlocks. When all steps are done, the habit is automatically marked complete.
